Customer satisfaction survey
At the municipality, we believe it is important to help you well and pleasantly. That is why we regularly ask residents about their experiences with our services.
How does it work?
Have you been in contact with the municipality? For example, for a new passport. Then it is possible that you will receive a short questionnaire by e-mail after the contact. In this e-mail we ask about your experience.
What do we do with the answers?
Your opinion helps us to improve our services. We carefully review the results of the research and use them to make our services even better. Small adjustments such as a change in a text can often be made quickly. Some adjustments require more effort and time.
